This document sets out the pre-contractual information relating to contracts concluded at a distance on the website WWW.AVENTURASNAUTICAS.PT, referred to in article 4th of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14th February, and all subdomains/sub-websites.
These Terms and Conditions herein apply to all offers contained in this website issued by AVENTURAS NÁUTICAS, Lda, with NIF 516928180 and head office at RUA GOMES FREIRE, 1, 1.ºANDAR, 3880-229, OVAR, AVEIRO.
These Terms and Conditions apply equally to all agreements and relationships concluded between AVENTURAS NÁUTICAS, Lda. and any Customer who makes reservations through this website.
PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRICES AND CONTENTS
AVENTURAS NÁUTICAS, Lda. reserves the right to modify, without previous warning and at any moment, the information and commercial offer presented about: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services, being reserved the contracts already concluded and in execution.
The images that illustrate each service of AVENTURAS NÁUTICAS, Lda. are merely illustrative. These same products are subject to confirmation by weather conditions and tide levels, and may even be subject to cancellation for these reasons.
The user undertakes to use this website in compliance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, refraining from using the website for activities contrary to law, morals and good customs, or the rights and interests of third parties.
The website may have links to other websites, which may contain useful information/tools for its users. These general conditions shall not apply to third-party websites. As such, if you visit another website, redirected from our website, you should take note of its privacy policy.
RESERVATIONS
All reservations will be processed directly through the website, by phone to (+351)913597461 /(+351)256070099 – call cost to national mobile/fixed network -, or by e-mail to GERAL@AVENTURASNAUTICAS.PT / INFO@AVENTURASNAUTICAS.PT
The Customer will be required to provide identifying information, including, but not limited to, his or her name, personal identification number, passport, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
The Customer assumes responsibility for communicating, in a correct and reliable manner, their details, and Aventuras Náuticas, Lda. will have no liability in the event that the reservation cannot be made due to inaccuracy or incorrectness of the details provided.
All reservations made online imply payment at the time of booking, or upon confirmation of the reservation.
The reservation is only considered valid upon payment confirmation by the management. At that moment it will be provided all the data to perform the requested service.
AVENTURAS NÁUTICAS, Lda. accepts payment by Visa, MBWay, PayPal and bank transfer. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you should send proof of payment to the email GERAL@AVENTURASNAUTICAS.PT or INFO@AVENTURASNAUTICAS.PT indicating, in the subject, the name/order number.
After making the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
The Customer will be responsible for any bank charges incurred by the wire transfer process.
Prices and other descriptions are subject to change without notice, including due to availability. However, AVENTURAS NÁUTICAS, Lda. commits itself to apply the rates and prices indicated at the moment of the purchase order.
In case of computer, manual, technical, typographical error, or from any other origin, that causes a substantial alteration not foreseen by AVENTURAS NÁUTICAS, Lda. in the sale price to the public, in such a way that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly irrisible, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.
Prices are presented in Euros (€) and include the respective taxes (VAT). The prices indicated are exclusive for purchase through this site. Some services may be subject to a pre-budget. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your credit card company when your account is charged. Please note that the rate used by your bank or credit card company may not be the exact rate as stated at the time of purchase. The price of each includes VAT in Portugal (23%), but excludes shipping costs.
For other countries, prices do not include additional taxes, duties or fees regulated by any other applicable legislation. If necessary, the Customer will therefore have to anticipate customs costs of imports, pay taxes and duties that may occur in the importing country.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
In case of no-show, the payment of the reservation, when applied, will not be refunded.
AVENTURAS NÁUTICAS, Lda. reserves the right to refuse admission to persons who do not present themselves in acceptable hygienic conditions, in an inebriated state or who reveal intentions not to comply with our regulations.
Reservations are subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to weather conditions and tide levels.
In case of any other reason for cancellation by the Client, this must be communicated by phone to (+351)913597461 /(+351)256070099 – call cost to mobile/fixed national network -, or by e-mail to GERAL@AVENTURASNAUTICAS.PT / INFO@AVENTURASNAUTICAS.PT
AVENTURAS NÁUTICAS, Lda. reserves the right to charge a fee for the cancellation of the reservation.
CHILDREN

All guests must be accompanied by their identification document, including children.
PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the Law of Protection of Personal Data, the Customer of AVENTURAS NÁUTICAS, Lda. and user of the website may, at any moment, exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and communication of his data through the e-mail GERAL@AVENTURASNAUTICAS.PT / INFO@AVENTURASNAUTICAS.PT
The Customer authorizes AVENTURAS NÁUTICAS, Lda. to process his personal data in an automated way, including all the data disclosed at the moment of the registration in the website, for the necessary purposes of the contract with the website, management and execution of the purchases and respective registrations, access control, including the use of “cookies” technology, which may be accessed by service providers and suppliers of AVENTURAS NÁUTICAS, Lda.
The Customer authorizes AVENTURAS NÁUTICAS, Lda. to disclose personal data to other companies belonging to the same group or to third parties based in Portugal for advertising purposes, including direct marketing, publicity, prospection and market analysis; however, the Customer may oppose to such disclosure in the field existing in the site for this purpose or to the email GERAL@AVENTURASNAUTICAS.PT / INFO@AVENTURASNAUTICAS.PT
